Membership Benefits

The Arkansas Ready Mixed Concrete Association (ARMCA) is a statewide trade association representing the ready mixed concrete industry in Arkansas.  Its members include ready mixed concrete producers, volumetric producers, block producers, pre-cast producers as well as suppliers of materials, equipment, and services.  Associate members are a combination of companies associated with the concrete industry such as cement manufacturers, admixture manufacturers, aggregate suppliers, equipment sales, plants, trucks, insurance firms, testing services, concrete contractors, ICF contractors, general contractors, municipalities and many others.

ARMCA is governed by a Board of Directors drawn from member firms and its staff consisting of and Executive Director and an Associate Director.

Members exchange ideas that will aid in the production of a quality product and better business practices.  ARMCA members work to educate and promote increased use of concrete in Arkansas.  They strive to expand the knowledge and understanding of the multiple uses of concrete and the latest technology from the industry to architects, engineers, general contractors, owners, and craftsmen.

Legislative Monitoring

ARMCA monitors state and federal activity and informs members of legislation and regulations that affect their business operations.  ARMCA speaks out for its members when their interests are involved.

E-Newsletter

Informs members of current ARMCA activities and upcoming seminars, certification programs, meetings and national industry news.

Seminars & Presentations

The association presents multiple technical seminars and presentations on a wide variety of concrete topics around the state to architects, engineers, contractors, public officials, homebuilder associations, and industry personnel.

Member Meetings

The Annual Convention, Mixer Driver Competition & Trade Show is a three-day event for all members.  It is held in Hot Springs and combines fun and meaningful business meetings and seminars.  Members are given an opportunity to develop important relationships with others in the industry.  Exhibit tables allow associate members to display their products and services with plenty of time to visit with producer members.

Scholarship

$1000 Scholarship awarded each year to one member company employee's child, stepchild, or grandchild.

Joint meeting with the Louisiana Concrete Association and ARMCA held at the San Destin Hilton in Florida.
