WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This program is for anyone who is responsible for fresh concrete testing: testing laboratory technicians, contractors, quality control personnel, supervisors, architects, engineers, inspectors and ready mixed concrete personnel.  ADA - If you have a disability that may impact your participation we must be notified 7 days prior to the certification.

Attendees must bring photo ID, calculator, safety glasses & # 2 pencil. Dress appropriately for working with concrete, closed toe shoes required.

Official registration and fees must be received before you are considered registered. Study materials will be mailed only after receipt of payment unless special arrangements have been made.

Advanced study of the workbook is highly recommended. The 1st day is intended as a review of the testing procedures and is optional. Participants are not required to attend the first day, but are strongly encouraged to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by a participant must be made in writing, seven (7) days prior to class, to receive a refund of the registration fee less cost of study materials. Substitution may be made without prior approval. Substitutes must notify the program chairman upon arrival.
